Highly reccommended. Dr Charmie's accurate dignose is truly commendable and no second thought to it. I have taken many sessions for my disc bulge prior to my karate championship and continuing the same for 100% recovery. I regained my confidence to perform as I started exersizing the sets given by Dr Charmie. How to heal a pain without medicine is what you get to understand at Your Physio.

I had visited Your Physio for neuro physiotherapy as i was affected by Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and the right side of my facial nerves got paralysed. I found a drastic improvement within 4 weeks of the physio sessions that normally would have taken anywhere between 1.5 to 3 months. Dr Charmie and her team are extremely dedicated and hard working professionals who are totally focussed on the well being of their patients. They are very upright in telling their patients when to stop their physiotherapy sessions even if someone was unsure about the same. I would highly recommend them.

It is a great experience interacting with Dr Charmie and getting knowledge bytes. Her expertise in the area of physiotherapy and sports injuries ranks amongst the best, root cause analysis of the problem is always bang on and the physiotherapeutic rehabilitations suggested to patients is very result-oriented. Besides her understanding of fitness and related areas makes it very easy for me to interact and coordinate with Dr Charmie whenever I need to seek support for my fitness center.
