Youmania has one of the best facilities/equipments in the area and the trainers are also very knowledgeable. I am also taking personal training from Aadhesh Sir. His workout plans are really good and I'm never bored! He really pushes me to give my best in the gym. Never thought I'd say this, but I look forward to what new will we be doing in the gym! Kudos to the team!

I have been to quite a few gyms in Mumbai which claim to be the best and Youmania is the only one which can back it up not just in Goregaon but all the way to andheri and even beyond.
1 - The prices are very reasonable.
2 - the place is the most spacious among all gyms, they have all equipment, (Olympic barbells, weight belts, seperate dip station, multiple pull up and squat racks, and more).
3 - The trainers are very warm and supportive.
4 - Shazia at the front desk is the most welcoming and
5 - Mala ma’am, the one heading the gym is always open to new ideas, suggestions, and always gives you a family feeling in the gym.
6 - In conclusion apart from a good diet, sleep, and training protocol, a good gym makes a big difference and I have already recommended Youmania to all my friends and can recommend it to anyone hands down.
