Children are actually natural yogis. Their innate trust in others, combined with their lack of inhibitions, allows them to receive the teachings of yoga and grow from them in inspiring ways. Adults have a lot to learn from the way children receive yoga! If we can lead them there, they will not only benefit, but they will enjoy it immensely. Yoga kids are specialist in this... It was a great learning experience to be in touch with them.

I used to be a student at Yogazoo. It's by far the most innovative, fun and interactive way I have seen yoga been taught to anyone - let alone children. The team is very professional, warm and dediacted. The have been Iine the field for over 10 years, pioneered this method of teaching, and their quality of work only increases. I would truly recommend them for yoga for children.
