Best MMA Training centre in Mumbai.

I've been training in Mixed Martial Arts for over a decade, and this is one of the best centres I've been to. The setup is pretty good - there's a cage for that real feel training, plenty of heavy bags, body bags, speed bags etc. CrossFit equipment is there, like battle ropes, TRX stations and monkey bars. And there's a small but functional gym too. There's a shower facility on site, so can freshen up and head off to work post class.

Shafiq and Meherban are some of the best trainers you can ever have - extremely skilled, extremely patient, and very encouraging - even my 7 year daughter loves coming here to train!

I have been training with Bhaijaan for years now. And every time o go to train it’s a tougher more challenging and rewarding experience! The best mma class you can get! I love training at XFF. It’s a push further in every class. And it is true MMA! I highly recommend XFF for all those fitness freaks out there who love to push themselves to the next level!
