I started learning a few months ago, and it has been a great experience so far. The training is realistic, and the instructors are very supportive and open to answering questions. They are always creating opportunities for us to gain more out of training and learn from global experts. The free women's self-defence classes which happen from time to time is also a highly commendable initiative. I would recommend KMG to anyone who is interested in learning self-defence, but might be intimidated to start, since people of all ages attend and gain from the supportive atmosphere of class.

Dipika Vaz and Rachel Vaz are amazing women instructors. They conduct women self defense workshops across India! Truly inspirational!
