Dushyant’s coaching sessions were eye openers.

There are several things that run in a mind of a professional who is somewhere in the middle of his career. I was one of those who needed somebody to share the inner turmoils of his professional life.

I needed clarity in my thoughts and wanted to formalise plans for the second half of my career. I didn’t want to get stuck in short term activities and miss out the larger context of my career. This is where Dushyant challenged my thought process, questioned my assumptions and highlighted my blind spots. He put in front of me options that I didn’t know existed or were practical.

The best thing I liked was the way Dushyant helped me prepare for his subsequent sessions by asking me straight questions and making me write my thoughts. The discussions were engaging which highlighted my inner contradictions as well as areas of strengths.

I really gained from his coaching sessions where he puts his best foot forward to help me discover all aspects about myself. He doesn’t give you ready made answers but helps you discover them. Although he does give practical tips wherever he feels necessary.

I wish him best of luck and would recommend others to engage with him.

I had a better understanding of my problem and the next measures to be taken after speaking with Dushyant. He did a great job and enabled me to see the advantages and disadvantages of the circumstance. If you want to advance in your job, you must schedule a session with him.
