Congratulations on the Diamond Jubilee of the U. P. Dairy & Sweets- indeed a diamond quality shop!
The shop had a great variety of options available to chose from, from traditional favorites to new delicacies. The staff were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and the shop was clean and inviting. The sweets were fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. Even though their standards are high, the pricing is very reasonable and fair; and now that they even provide free delivery is a treat!

It's also interesting to see that people have left Namaaz and are standing in line to get their Niyaz-Fatiha Mithai from their favorite Doodh-Mithai store on the auspicious night of Shab-e-Bara’at! ☺️

We grew up eating sweets from here, the owners would treat the customers, staff, and workers like family. We would love to go to the shop everyday after returning from school. As someone mentioned in their review, it was and is a hallmark of sweetmeat across south Mumbai. The fact that the shop has been running even after 75 years and is still in the family and the 4th generation is continuing the legacy, is a testimony of its test through times and tastes! May Allah give them Barakah in their sweets and family and increase them in taste and sweetness.

I have heard that many Halwais who learned the art of culinary here, under the leadership and mentorship of the great pioneer and leader, Najju Seth RA, have opened their own shops and running a successful business in different parts of the country and abroad.

Overall, I highly recommend U. P. Dairy & Sweets for anyone looking for delicious and high-quality mithai. The combination of delicious sweets, great variety of options, excellent customer service, and fair pricing make this shop a real standout far beyond a century!

Oldest shop in South Mumbai serving quality and variety of sweets at reasonable price staff is coordinating and owners are friendly in nature loved their service and products.
