Trijog is one of the best places in finding the best therapist for you. Rhea Shahani, my therapist listens without making any judgment. Rhea is a wonderful and very understanding individual who is able to connect with you at a personal level. I have made great progress with Rhea and will continue seeing her for as long as I need. Sessions with Palka have really changed my perceptions regarding therapy. Would definitely recommend Trijog to anyone who's struggling in achieving mental stability due to personal or work related issues.
