Summary: Who ever owns this agency (Believe this person's name is Pawan Dubey) cheated me of 3000 rupees. Stay away from this type of fraudulent businesses

We had TL agency book 2 suite rooms at Arpora Goa for 3 nights. While the dates of stay were clearly mentioned on text chats and again on the transaction where the balance was paid in full well in advance (Google pay transaction attached) they claimed to have made a mistake and booked our reservations for the dates they thought were right for us.. ????u200d♂️
we couldn't avail one of the rooms for one night. You would think its only reasonable to claim the refund for that one room that you couldn't avail for the night.. Nope, the owner of this business claims I should pay for his mistake, evidently.. ! Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating and claimed they were already fully booked for the night of 8th however, they managed to give us one room.
So after all that TL decides to refund 4250 rupees .. I dont even know what that means.. because we paid 7250 per room per night.. I still don't know where the rest of it is - that's 3000 rupees - or haven't heard from anyone responsible at this business.
All I want to say is stay away from fraudulent businesses like this..
Such a disgrace to the entire business community, tourism industry and the country.
Im a business man myself .. I wouldn't put my business and reputation on the line for just 3000 while its my own or my staffs negligence.
Make the right choice and book elsewhere
