My very first session of counselling with Dr Preeti ,itself was a turning point for me ,as after hearing me out ,she told me that I do not suffer from depression ,a belief that I carried with me over the past 20 years.
This itself was a boost to break my old thought processes n then she guided me with chalking a daily routine of activities ,n asking me to develop n enroll for activities that I would want to pursue with the only intention of keeping busy as my problem was to much time on hand n not knowing what to do .
Slowly n steadily I started engaging myself in activities n in a total of 4 sessions only ,I found myself back ,in action n was mentally much more stronger ,n got my interest back as there was a time where my mind would only brood on negatively n I was totally inactive .
I got my confidence ,which was 0 at a point of time ,n imp I got to Breathing n living life again.
I am so very thankful to her for being patient with with ,for hearing me out ,not being judgemental ,n helping me chalk out my life again.
I will always be indebted to her for giving me myself.

Doctor Preeti Shahal is friendly, supportive and empathetic. She listens very patiently and she is not judgmental. After having only three sessions my perception about my problems and myself has changed. I feel more calm and relaxed. She is a great counsellor and a good human being too. Thank you Doc.

Dr.Preeti Shahal is an amazing Counselor. She is very calm individual and empathetic towards her patient. Her experience and approach towards life is reflected in her Counseling sessions. It has helped me personally to transform myself n learn lot of things. I really thank and appreciate her for serving the Society at large
