I visited Theobroma outlet in Thakur Village a few weeks ago, and here's my review:

Overall, I was impressed with the quality and the store's interior design. The atmosphere was welcoming and had a pleasant vibe. The quality of their products, especially the pastries, was evident in their softness and taste, which I found to be good.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited variety they had to offer. It would have been nice to see a more diverse range of baked goods and desserts. Additionally, I felt that the prices were on the higher side without any apparent justification. The portion sizes, particularly for the pastries, were relatively small compared to what you might find in upscale hotels.

In summary, Theobroma stores have quality and ambiance going for it, but it could improve by expanding its menu and reconsidering its pricing strategy to offer better value for customers.

Staff does not even listen to u
Issues faced
1. The item were not heated upto the mark eg we had choclate puff the chocolate did not even melt ( had if before previously so i know that it melts)

2 it's boiling hot outside we told to rotate the fan or turn on the other fun

But no1 even came out to do it

3 inside oly 2 tables whereas easily 3 tables can be fitted atleast in this boiling hot weather

Worst experience Theobrama of Thakur Village. Found flies in pastry. Pathetic outlet. Unhygienic and dirty outlet. Please do not eat from this outlet. Customer service is also useless and less understanding or you can say no understanding.Third grade quality
Would surely recommend Sweet County in this area
