Giving a single star as their systems are not in place. Once they have your number they keep sending messages and emails from their different outlets,even if you don’t place an order you still keep getting messages thanks for purchasing Xyz cake and your total amount is ….
Raising complaint at their outlet wasn’t much of help as they couldn’t do anything.
Though their cakes are good , but this experience makes me avoid them .

I feel i have been looted! I had bought 4 Veg Quiche and 3 butter croissant and have been charged 915! They didn't provide me the bill but as i reach home my sister whose a regular customer of theobrama told me that i have been charged extra! Incident timing 27th March 2023 around 10.

Well, the cakes are good (except fruit cakes) for the gross price, but the taxes they put without letting you know is way too much.
I bought a cake worth 775/-, but the bill came out to be 915/-. Upon asking, the cashier said taxes were applicable. Upon inspecting the price tag, I realised that instead of MRP, they printed the gross price (775/-) in a big size font (without mentioning if it's MRP or gross) and in a very very small ant sized font (the size of staff's and owner's brain), it was printed as "taxes applicable". Well, I fell into their cheap tricks.
(Also please note the taxes they charge are 18%, which means any cake above 550/- would cost an extra charge of more than 100/- rupees which won't be printed on the price tag.)
Even though I could have left the store without buying the cake, I bought it as I wanted to try their fruit cakes (Was a mistake as their fruit cakes sucks).
To be frank, the cakes here are good when judged only on the basis of their gross price and is not worth when judged upon their MRP. Maybe the owner is aware of this fact and thus prints gross price instead of MRP on the price tag.
Well you may say it's my mistake as I didn't saw the tag correctly, but I am writing this to suggest people reading this to take a microscope with them next time when they visit the store so they don't fall into these kind of cheap tricks like me.
