It's OK. All rooms are smoking rooms. If you are a non smoker like me, you may find it stinky. There is no restaurant. OK to spend a night out nothing else works.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Khwaishh Presidency. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Mr. Sugreev and Mr. Prashanth have been very helpful. The house keeping boys were very courteous and helpful.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area, and I appreciated the amenities the hotel had to offer. I highly recommend Hotel Khwaishh Presidency for anyone looking for a delightful and enjoyable stay.

Walking distance from Malad west metro stn. In the earlynmorning can walk for just two minutes to nearby tea stall if you need to have a sip. A restaurant downstairs is always helpful. Breakfast buffet is at Roof top . Limited items but good . Nice view also. Room is good and no complaints. Particularly the reception man is extremely helpful. I would love to stay here again. Value for money.
