I attended The Happy High's Bar 101 workshop, and I am glad I did.
We made 4 different cocktails, learnt a lot about mixing, and yes, also had fun.
Ajit is professional and knowledgeable about different spirits, their origins, as well as new brands, especially indigenous ones. But he knows how to keep the audience attentive and hooked too!
I surely plan to attend the next workshop Ajit plans, and hopefully show off my new cocktail mixing skills to friends soon!
