We took admission in the gym 3 days back thinking its next to our house and today on 29th may 2023 we get to know that they have shifted near chembur station without any intimation given to any of the clients and members, and the owner Mr Sandeep Salve has the audacity to say on the phone to go legal when asked for a refund. Not only that but the also had a lot of false commitments that they have many trainers he also sold us a PT which we paid for a month. And we couldn’t see any good trainers in those 3 days we went. It is very disheartening for an individual, 21000 ( twenty one thousand) rupee is not a small amount to let go and on top he is threatening that he can do physical violence as well.

The most unethical place i have ever seen !
We joined this gym just 4 days back thinking its closer to our home ... today when we go the gym .. we are told the gym has shifted without any prior intimation . The team didn't have the courtesy to mention about the shift even during enrolment. And the gym has shifted to place far away ????.

When the gym owner is called he says the payment is not refundable!???? if that is as per law ! Then prior intimation should have been done as per law . And he spoke veryyy rudely tooo ! Just not acceptable ! Would request people not to join such a gym that doesn't think about the customer .
