The staff is horrible! No sense of customer service or how to talk to customers. I told the attendant at the counter that they were not answering the phone since morning nor calling back. He was very rude and not apologetic at all. Gave a curt answer that we are busy stocking veggies and hence no time to answer phones. Like really? And then the staff keep complaining and squabbling with each other about which of them should do what, and which of them didn't do this and that! all this loudly and while there were customers in store. Never going back again!

The steps leading to the store are in granite and its very slippery. Twice in the last 6 months i have almost slipped. Have told the store staff to keep mats but they dont listen. Will we need to break our bones before they do something. Also no bar handle for senior citizens to hold on to and climb up. Have passed that feedbakc also and by others also. Sad to see such indifference. Please be very careful climbing the steps

Has a great variety of jams, pickles.Also great variety of oils,, for cooking and body massage, besides a lot more organic food stuff . Knowledgeable attendent,who can advise you on your needs
