This new place in town serving regional cuisine is very promising I tell you. Being a Gujarati myself and having a close relationship with Rajasthani food I can vouch on the authenticity of the food served here.
The service is great, the ambiance very traditional and warm.
The quality of food is excellent and also the few innovations are done really wisely.
Absolutely loved everything I tried here.
We were served Bajra soup or the dhokli clear soup. Loved the flavors. Dhokli Soup could be worked upon. Loved the Bajra soup.
Loved the mung khichu. Great texture and flavors. The spicy Dhokla were equally amazing. The handwa bites were good.
Omg. Please don't miss both the chaats I'm going to mention about. Kolkata dahi wada and the Mirchi Jalebi Chaat. Loved both. Amazing flavors and textures. The stuffed Mirchi and Jalebi were a bomb combination. The soft rasgulla were so good with the flavorful chutneys and dahi. Both were a star dish.
Rajasthani Ker Sangri, Pittaud ki Sabji, dal and the khuba Roti were excellent. This platter was so satisfying. I have this thing got Rajasthani food and Rajasthan. Loved the authenticity of it.
Similarly the Bajra Roti, baingan bharta, garlic chutney were bomb. Loved this plate equally.
Paan biryani was so flavorful and well done. Loved it.
Loved the desserts too.
The thandai, orange coffee and paan milk we're good too.
In short loved everything here.

Nice decor . Good service . Good menu provided you dont eat that kinda food at home . Once we were done going through the menu we had a tough time to figure what to order cause majority of the items in the menu were what we usually eat at home ???? . So for people who dont manage to cook gujarati / rajasthani / marwadi dishes at home TCH is the right place for you . For starters ordered the Masala Khichiya & Khakhra Churi which both were very good ????. Then for main course ordered individual meals which were good enough for one person .
Pittaud ki sabzi & takkar roti with ker sangri wargerya ❤❤
Ras ranjan aloo puri with shrikand ????????
Pardat da paneer with Reshmi paratha & black dal????
TCH Kofta with Gulab kesariya paratha & black dal ????
Achari waghareli khichdi & kadhi ????
Overall very heavy food with lot of desi ghee topped on the rotis . The paneer vegetable was not upto the mark .

Amazing ambiance, super awesome fusion of Gujarati and Rajasthani dishes and very friendly staff. Culture house is highly recommended.
We had Patra Canape, Jawar Bajra Falafel, Bhutte Ki Kees and Punjabi Samosa. But the best item of it all was the dark chocolate and orange ice cream. Perfect end to a perfect place.
The restaurant is slightly elevated with some steps to climb to get to the dining area however, the considerate owners have built a custom made elevator which is not only good looking but very thoughtful for older people who cannot climb up.
The interior is exceptionally good looking and gives a very "Shahi" feel. Over all, amazing experience!
