I recently visited the Versova Clinic for laser facial hair removal and later decided to try their front body hair removal service, despite the high prices. While the results were somewhat satisfactory, my experience with the receptionist, Kiran, was disappointing. She initially lured me in with a low price offer, only to hike the prices on the actual day of service.

Fortunately, the therapist, Nasrin, was able to help me and prevent me from being taken advantage of. However, I found Kiran's behavior to be highly unprofessional, especially from a business of this size. When I confronted her about the low price offer she had made, she demanded written proof, and even after I provided the evidence, she only offered a fake apology before trying to charge me higher prices again.

I strongly recommend that readers look for clinics with reasonable prices and honest and respectful staff, unlike Kiran at the Ageless Clinic Versova branch. Overall, while the services at Versova Clinic may be satisfactory, the lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior of certain staff members make it a less desirable option.
