Overall experience was good. Staff is polite and friendly. My Mom underwent a minor operation by Dr. Mahesh Desai. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Thakur Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

Not a great place for delivery the head nurse here is quite arrogent incase of any enquire done in the hospital she has all the horrible replies in return her name is sister kadam she gives an open challenge to the patient you can go ahead and complain to the authority and doctor I'll see who has to say what seems like she only owns the nursing home i was admitted for a minor pregnancy related surgery and the staff here is more interested in knowing all ur personal data instead of taking care of the patient and if you shout out of pain sister kadam will have all the possible issues in your pregnancy pain they use such words to ya way that you might feel government hospital are better than this place the doctor recommending this hospital should stop using these facilities instead opt for other options around
This facility is a big no for any kind of hospitalisation as senior nurses are quite inhuman and have some major discipline and behavioral issues

All doctors are very understanding and listen to problems. Nurses are good in communication and greet you with smile whenever you ask for any assistance. Neat and clean room/Hospital.
Thanks for having us in your hospital and will surely recommend others.
