Very Bad experience ordering with them. I ordered a Bento cake for my Son's Bday and attached is the pic they delivered. Its totally different to what I ordered from their website. Instead of a Bento cake they just sent a normal 500gms cake with bad design on it. when I complaint to them on this they just told we will raise the feedback to manager and stopped replying to me.
Totally pathetic and waste of money, don't order from them!

The service is really very bad.
I ordered a cake for my friend’s birthday and they delayed the delivery of the cake and didn’t update me about the delay. The cake delivered was a 250g cake and what I ordered was a 700g cake. They didn’t pick up my calls or replied to my messages for 4-5 hours and then when I asked for a refund, I haven’t received my refund till now. It’s been 2-3 days. I have been texting and calling them and there’s no reply from their side.
They are very irresponsible and I’d suggest everyone not to order from this place.

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible. i ordered a bento cake. the cake was in a bad condition, the icing was ruined and it wasn't even in a proper round shape. it wasn't even decorated properly as per the picture shown on their website. I texted them after the delivery and they haven't even responded.
