Therapy with Dr.Tejas has been a liberating experience for me. He listens attentively to every single detail you say, makes you feel safe and provides a space where you feel like you can take about anything.
As a result of therapy with Dr.Tejas, I feel I have started to understand myself better. He connects you to your own inner thoughts and feelings and encourages you to think for yourself which is something I will carry for the rest of my life.
I began taking sessions when I was at a very low point in my life and was dealing with depression and severe anxiety.
I felt a massive difference over the course of only a few months. Not only did I overcome depression and anxiety but also grew into a more balanced and self aware individual.
I am extremely grateful to Dr.Tejas for the incredible experience of therapy with him ????
