Good Place, COVID Sanitation Precautions taken into consideration. Well maintained as well.

Great connectivity between Borivali, Dahirar railway stations, being on Link Road ease of access to road and In from of a Metro station (Eskar Metro station).

The worst building in all of Mumbai is techno it park the wadhva group. This is a commercial building and there is no space for bike parking for the employees coming here for work. The building is designed to be built. Parking is the biggest issue in a commercial building. That's what this builder doesn't know. There is parking for only 4 weelers. The builder has not given any thought to the rest of the staff. Don't let anyone take office here.

Mr Suraj has taken Advance from me, but upon cancellation he won’t return my Money back. This is a fraud. I have not used their space for a single day!
