Taco Bell has been in India for more than 10 years now. Since my 1st Taco Bell in 2014 to now in 2023 the taste has hardly changed. I do agree that the hot sauce is not the same as it was back in the days but Taco Bell has been trying new items every year trying to make the taste suite Indian pallet.
We went to the Infinity Mall, Mumbai outlet. Tried the Hard Shell Pinto Bean Taco and The Cheesy double decker Chicken Taco with extra Guacamole. The dishes were delicious the restaurant was well kept and the staff was super courteous. They also serve unlimited soft drinks which one must have.
In my opinion people should visit the outlet more and have a good time.

I tried taco bell after my friends suggested it to me. It was totally worth it. The staff was friendly and mostly operated by female workers. Their pricing falls under the same category as McDonald's and Domino's. They have some pocket friendly options as well. I tried the loaded fries with extra cheese and a taco ???? with coke. The taco as itself was not all that interesting but add the sauces they gave to you in it and feel the taco getting tastier by the bite. I would definitely visit again.

We had the worst experience here! we ordered a party pack if tacos which had 8 tacos in it. In the picture on the board, all the tacos had different types of chicken but they have us all the same fillings, and some were veg when we asked for Non veg...and even the taste was really bad and we even found hair it.
This wasn't even the worst part, when we confronted the manager about this, he was so rude to us and did not even bother. He did not care to apologize of even fix the issue.
Taco bell used to be my favourite but they have really spoiled the experience. We will never visit them again
