I have travel from goa to mumbai by syndicate travels.this is not at all punctual , they have not even shared boarding point properly.and one imp thing is conductor was very rude.

Worst experience ever, 4 people were drinking alcohol inside the bus while traveling and staff were not stopping them and they were abusing staff as well as people's travelling in the bus, but still staff was not taking promt action against them at all.. i think syndicate travel is not safe for womens at all as they allowing peoples to drink alcohol inside the bus also.. it was really frustrating and unacceptable at all..

Very rude staff.. bus came before the given time and blaming us for coming late though we were on time.. poorly maintained mumbai shahada bus.. arrival late at destination. Person name Ram Kolse is very rude & ill mannered.
