The yoga training course at Sweta's Yoga was a wonderful way for me to explore and experience yoga and meditation. I am so blessed to get trained by Sweta and I gained so much knowledge from her. She is also a great meditation guide, who has magic can lead you to everywhere. The Yoga class was absolutely a wonderful learning experience. I definitely recommend Sweta's Yoga as a place to complete your Yoga.

Worst possible experience of my life. Hurt both my knees with second grade ACL tears. Attended her online classes.Due to her bad guidance it has been 4 months since I am on bed rest and going to doctors and physiotherapists. A good yoga practioner will never push you, make you get used to moving your body first, not pair with advanced practioners and take responsibility for damage done

The comprehensive yoga teaching adopted by Sweta has been life changing for me as it provides flexibility and strength to the body and on the other side it has healing effect on mind. Her deep sense of compassion and acceptance always guide you to the learning path without being intimidated at any moment during the training. Guiding you to correct posture with correct method of breathing has been her speciality.
