The Hotel that they gave me was very poor. I had clearly told them what I want but they gave me a one star hotel. Also since we were 3 people travelling, booking was done for only 2 people and then I had to call them to make it for 3 people. Very frustating stay at teh hotel as I paid more than what the hotel charges. It seems like a fraud for me. Also I wanted to book for stay only and not wanting lunch and dinner. He said that hotel does not give without lunch and dinner. On going there I realised that this was also possible. So I got wrong information. Also everytime I had to tell the Hotel that morning breakfast is also part of my package and so it was very frustating. So I had to leave the hotel early and book a stay at another hotel. Please avoid such tour operators.

Now he calls me and says that Please delete the response. When I tried to talk to him he is not ready to listen to me also. So If a customer says that he wants a particular hotel, it is there duty to say that this hotel is good or bad. He did not tell me anything and staright away matched the quotation given by other tour operator. In doing this he reduced his rate by directly 5000. Also Please check with the hotel. I did not stay for 2 days. Please do not put wrong information just to get yourself right.

It was very epic experience with swastik tours. I have booked for mahableshwar Trip.. Manager has forgot to booked our return journey tickets and that's why me and my friends suffer alot .. Even after his mistake we try to manage but he did not arrange good bus pick up... All the time we need to managed all the things by our own... He is only saying I will arrange , I will do .. but at the end he give us travel agent no and directly spoke asked to him .... They are only taking payment and after that they have no concern about the people who travelled by their tour..

We have planned trip for rajasthan hotel, food, service was excellent. Good managements by Mr. Deepak. Thank you Swastik Tours
