Centrally located in Shastri nagar. Everything right from groceries, vegetables, fruits, fish, toys, laundry, pharmacy, doctors, saloons, ac repair, vet clinic, tailor, cycle repair, real estate brokers, atm, dairy, diagnostic center, pani puri, wada pao, Chinese corner, audio shop, welder workshop, ricksha stand and many more utilities available in less than 100 meters, yes less than 100 meters from the building. The only building in Shastri nagar to not have flooding problem in monsoon. Building has OC and 24 hrs water supply from bmc. The only problem is that there are too many mosquitoes inspite of taking so much precautions & treatments they still enter the flats. Rest every thing is good.
