It has very good atmosphere going there and have a gym in all working hours. Good in all facilities with all necessary things. Convenient for the corporates as there are trainers available on floor to guide you. Rates are surprisingly affordable for a state of the art gym in BKC.

It's easier to be consistent with workouts when you enjoy your time at the gym. Step One has the equipment and qualified trainers and amenities you would want in a world-class fitness club, and additionally has a great location and parking space. The members are people of all shapes and sizes, trying to do better everyday, nobody body-shaming members. There are highly motivated and extremely fit folks, and there are those just starting out on their fitness journey. The staff and trainers are thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Step One Fitness at One BKC is state of the art fitness/training pad in the busy business suburb. It provides clean, hygienic and specious gym at a very convenient location for all office-goers in Bandra/BKC area. Given Covid - one is skeptical about communal places such as a gym, however Step-One takes all the necessary precautions to make the workout as safe as possible for its customers. Devoid of loud and annoying Bhangra music - its a respite to recharge after a busy day at work.
Special mention for Zarvan Mistry - my exceptional trainer and the prime reason to join Step One for anyone.
