Went for ENT check up for my elder son, I have called prior visiting the centre :- the operator replied the doctor will come at 4 , after reaching got to know ..the doctor didn't turn up..also tne next day we visited they were least bothered to listen for what we came for but the people are quick at the time of recieving payment. At the time of check up we consulted doctor he said - "we don't have facility for the said treatment ",which was prescribed by the other doctor. Only the formality was done for the consultation ,which we had paid.... Either the billing counter staff have lack of knowledge or they are least bothered to hear first because of this, we ended up by wasting our time and money. I dnt want to bring down the reputation by posting this but wanted to bring awareness coz in future someone who is really in an emergency may end up in wasting time , which may cost his/her life so.

Services are very slow. We came by 12.30 its almost 3.30pm still waiting for the doctor. I will never ever visit the hospital again nor recommend anybody.
