I bought a Hi Fi system through Vijay. He has tremendous knowledge of high end music systems, takes the trouble to understand your taste in music, requirements & budget and provides a comprehensive solution. He personally attends to everything, helps with the set-up and is super responsive to anything that you may need help with after installation. He is polite & respectful - never loses his cool. If one is investing so much in a music system, one needs full assurance of service back-up and maintenance. Vijay provides that assurance & knowledge of handling high end systems.

I'd like to recount my experience with, "Sound Innovators," which could potentially help and guide others who are seeking to buy high quality, high end audio-video equipment.

Head-of-Operations, Mr. Vijay Yemul, with his vast, versatile knowledge in setting-up comprehensive home theater systems, gave me a few very helpful tips for setting up my own modest and humble entertainment hub.

I had purchased the GoldenEar Triton 2+ floor standing speakers, and though there was a small delay due to Indian Customs Regulations, I was compensated well enough for my patience--This shows Outstanding Customer Service and Commitment-- What I mean is, few, if any, dealers would sacrifice a reduction in price in order to compensate the buyer for an inconvenience, taking a financial hit to retain a customers' loyalty!
That doesn't happen too often and I personally, have never experienced the same.

When I encountered some glitches in setting up my system, Mr. Vijay Yemul was only a call away, unfailingly providing solutions and alternatives and was ready to send tech support at any time and date of my choosing to sort out those issues.

When one pays ones hard earned monty for expensive equipment, one needs to feel safe and secure in the knowledge that there is a reliable back-up in case of any malfunction, and general after-sales-service, and this is exactly what I pleasantly discovered first hand, which is why I can wholeheartedly recommend, "Sound Innovators" to anyone who yearns for an immersive, quality audio-video experience!

Very professional, not only gave a good deal but also provided valuable information regarding audio products and suggested best one that was fitting into my budget. Vijay is having immense knowledge and he is an awesome guy. The delivery was made as promised. You can never go wrong with this supplier for your AV needs. Gave 4 STAR ???? because they don’t have online or credit card payment facility.
