I am practising Yoga with Shruti Ma’am for last one month and quite happy with the sessions. Use to feel lot of flexibility and stiffness in the body due to sedentary lifestyle but have started feeling the change. Thanks for the support.

Shruti and Nitesh are really good, in the short time I attended the classes, I was able to see a positive change in my overall fitness. What I really appreciate is how Shruti gives personal attention to the convenience and feedback from the students. I am normally quite critical of Yoga teachers as there are a lot of them out there who are not genuinely knowledgeable, but SoulYog studio is an excellent exception and must visit in Borivali area! Its been 2 months since I joined Shruti Ma'am class, I am so happy that I made this decision. I can see improvement in flexibility and strenght. Asanas like chakrasana, Headstand, which used to scare me, I can now do it with absolute ease. She is quite punctual, disciplined.
