Great food with a good size of buffet. The food menu is arranged according to various cuisines. The staff truly cares about your experience a big thanks to NIGEL ,he was superb at his job. He was very attentive ,careful ,very customer focused, friendly and looked into all that we needed. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in a while. Highly recommend!♥️♥️♥️

Excellent experience!
From the time I checked in, till check out, all the staff I interacted with were extremely polite and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable. Wish I didn't pick a smoking room as the smell was very evident in the room.
Breakfast/Brunch/lunch was good, but nothing spectacular. Will definitely stay here again when I visit

I stayed with Sofitel BKC for my Birthday. The staff made my day, it was a wonderful experience. They went over and beyond to make my day special and my stay enjoyable and memorable. Their service is exceptional, Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help.
Excellent property. Hotel exceeded my expectations.
