It was horrible experience with Simply team, we have booked cab 2 months prior confirming the bus that we are looking for, the team has given us in writing about the bus that they shall be sending for us. On date of travel, the bus was changed and horrible bus was sent. We requested them to change, which they changed but giving the bus of similar status. We were not happy with the committment showed to us by Simply. Later they gave us discount of 2K on our total bill of 26000.

I am sorry simply you should be more dedicated towards your customer service.

Think twice while booking cab from Simply????

Very nice cars and driver nature was also good. Owner nature is also too good and friendly. If you want to go to trip to full Maharashtra so he give best route plan to us. My some customers want to go at Maharashtra. I say him to give me plan of Maharashtra and he give me best route plan and my customers was also happy. Nice service. Nice drivers.

My experience with simply travel was amazing. Our trip to Ladakh was really great and the facilities, accommodation and sightseeing all was so well planned out managing the time well and giving us enough time to enjoy all adventures. Surely look forward to go on more trips through simply travel .
