Doctors are good, but the hospital needs to update as per new norms. to name few
1. They still do not accept UPI payaments
2. Taking appointments is a task in itself
3. House keeping staff need to be more sensitive towards patients and relatives.
They need to have to be more professional now. They have to grow out of the mindset which was there in 1990 when options were limited.

Doctor are good but not on time due to lots of patients. Claim reimbursement process very slow and only dr.pradhan knows how to fill the claim form , other rmo and new doctor don't have knowledge.
Dr. Pradhan when will free they fill the form.better way go cashless process...

Extremely poor customer service. The junior doctors/ RMOs think no end of themselves. Have no manners on how to speak with patient's relatives. I ended up opting to go to another hospital for treatment. I was made to feel like we were coming for free treatment.
