3rd class service. The bus is an hour and half late. No prior intimation in anyform. They don't pick up calls. No arrangement for luggage, had to keep it near the seat, which was blocking the way. Useless conductor.
I'm paying 525 for this. Wouldn't suggest anyone to go by this.

Very hopeless, worst and irritating service. The buses don't come on time and the office personnels do not pick up the calls .. if they do they are very rude and careless towards the passenger querries. Better to opt for private bus services than this hopeless government venture
