We found Santram gears online during one breakdown job. They sent us their person free of cost to analyse the gearbox failed and suggested us a better ex stock alternate. Saved the day for us. Highly recommended.

The company needs to follow ethical practices. The motor and gear box which was supplied by them to an OEM was fitted on a new machine supplied by the OEM to us was already used one, opened somewhere and a sub-standard re-winding was done. Motor started heating up and coil got grounded subsequently in few cycles of operations. They started playing a blame game instead of providing service support to us. However, we got a replacement Motor and GB assembly of another make by the OEM and the problem was resolved.
