Horrible experience. There was an old uncle (trustee?) sitting in the outside lobby area and he refused me entry to play basketball because I was alone. The people at reception were nice and trying to help me. I even added that I was willing to pay the extra amount needed but he spoke very rudely. Honestly such old people should just be removed from running sports club because you could look at him and realise he hasn’t played a single sport in his life. Almost felt sad for him.

The trustee straight up abused his power to remove me from the premises for trying to ask why I am not allowed to pay in full to play a 30 min slot (compared to usual 60 min). And while the receptionist explained to me that there is an age group attached to the slots, I merely tried to make my point about playing at the same club with all age groups without any restrictions in the past. He was “provoked” cause I said why am I not allowed to play at a public space that allows pay to play and I’m paying. The old man said and I quote “we don’t want your 20 rupees you can pay 20 lacs but I still won’t allow you to play here you’re not doing me any favor, get out”. I was told that this old man is one of the trustees and simply couldn’t tolerate someone questioning their rigid practices on a mentally freeing sport such as basketball, and to see I was simply thrown out for having a back and forth with the receptionist over their rules.

Disgusting club where 10 waiters attending one table and at the end of the bill you end up receiving different amount from what you have ordered, staff is ridiculous especially the managers and head waiters, no manners at all on how to speak to the customer's. Ridiculous behaviour, they will end up proving you are dunk and wrong.
