The owner, waiters and chef have changed yet again it seems. This time the service was very bad. They dint offer water. Waiter was late to take the order. Other waiter asked us to change place as there was another group of 14 people waiting. We denied as there was no reserved sign on table and nobody came to tell us for straight 15 mins of sitting and waiting on the table. We ordered tomato soup which lacked seasoning and was without croutons. Hara bhara kabab was ok but cold. Veg crispy was loaded with big chunks of cauliflower and was only slightly crispy. Veg kolhapuri was also loaded with cauliflower and dint taste like kolhapuri. The waiter was so bad that we almost finished our dinner (roti) when he bought onions, lemons and pickle tray. It was like he forgot things. A big disappointment. Not going again until a new management comes again which keeps happening at this place every two years or so.

I always order from Saisha hotel whenever I want to eat dinner, breakfast or lunch because I respect the owner as the owner is a gentleman. But today when I called to place order, the employee is saying "sir nahi mil sakta starter chef is not there". So, I said jokingly "kya yaar yeh roz ka hai band kar do aap" . The next call he started raising his voice on me and is calling me non stop. This wasn't expected as I am the regular customer and I always suggest this hotel to all my friends and relatives. I promise, I will never order anything from Saisha. They should respect the customers as we are the ones ordering food even in covid times. You have lost a genuine and regular customer. I will never think bad may this hotel prosper but I will never order food from here. Thanks

Quality of food is superb, food is very tasty. Starter like platters which has approximately 3 items is superb!! Other starter like pahadi paneer, harabhara kabab, crispy kabab are awesome here. You must try. You can try bheem vegetables and various panner gravy. Service is very slow here, so if have patience then only choose this restaurant. Service is like snail speed. Place your all order in one go so that in service part something is compensated.
