Has been these since my childhood days i am now 38 plus....So i am sure they have been successfully in serving the needs of many of the years...I find them reasonable and honest in thier dealings.

My mom and now we have been buying sweets, cakes, made of order cakes etc since a long time

Just one observation that they can work is upgraded the Birthday cake album looks pretty old and yeah also the drinking water cooler can be made more hygienic and appealing

Fresh n tasty sweets, good in taste, Sugar is purely balanced, and even you get Sugar free sweets also, Cakes n Pastries, Wafers, cheese sticks etc all in one roof available. Must visit once.

I have been a very regular buyer from Sagar.But my experience today was bad . I brought kalakand today I had asked the person many times whether it was fresh he said yes and gave me a piece to taste which was fresh so to my surprise when I came home I realized he packed half fresh pieces half stale pieces it was so irritating that they choose such way to finish their old stock so I
decided to confront them.So I went to Sagar with the stale pieces the boss checked and he understood it was stale but had no courtesy to say sorry said will replace and give the pieces so I just gave a piece of my advice about selling quality products and not just try to finish old stock and try to play with people life as my eating such stale they can get food poisoning specially if its kalakand anyways he didn't care so thought of making u people aware to not expect quality and courtesy from Sagar was my lesson for today.
