Loved the experience of my first visit to Sabka Dentist Takshila. Doctor was well experienced and her handling was very good. Extremely skillful hands and I would highly recommend her! The staff was courteous and supportive too. This clinic is well maintained and very hygienic, which makes the patient quite comfortable. Thank you so much for your splendid service. Would surely visit every month for routine checkup.

Extremely disappointed with the Invisalign services and customer care after support.

I visited them for a minor misalignment issue but ended up with more problems.

Firstly, due a back end goof up, my 6 month aligning process ended up taking almost a year post which another 6 months using the retainer. They handed over and force fitted an older aligner almost at the end of my process which reversed all the changes that had already happened.

Secondly, they had to grind some tooth to make space for movement but the aligners for the lower jaw never changed through the entire process. I’m still stuck with a gap between my grinders thanks to this.

Thirdly, they made me undergo a minor procedure which, according to them, was the reason for an added tension on the concerned tooth I visited them for.

Fourth, 1 year down the line after religiously wearing the retainers for even longer than asked and undergoing the procedure for the apparent cause, the entire process has reversed and is back to square one.

I’ve been trying to get an appointment with them since the last 3 months but since they know my concerns, the receptionist always informs me that the doctor is on leave for the entire week/weeks.

They also insisted I pay more for the aligners despite the mistake being made on their end which I made clear I wasn’t going to. They initially asked me to use my last set as the retainer. Though I clearly remember them saying that a retainer will be provided.

It was a wonderful experience ! Dr. Mayuri was a great help and a mentor I would say since I have done my treatment for the first time and she explained well for entire process which took place ! I highly recommend Dr.Mayuri ???? and big thanks to the coordinating team Sushma g and Vaishnavi as well big kudos ????
