I have been a patient of migraine for last seven years. Primary triggers being insufficient/late sleep & late meals. And my migraine would aggravate if there is exposure to lot of sound or bright light.
I also had the issue of anxiety, mood swings, irritable (irritability) and stress which I didn’t prioritise much because I always felt it is situational & can be handled by exercising , listening to music.
