Very bad customer service even visiting service center same issue. Agent is asking me is it under warranty as if he is new joinee after i checked bill and informed him yes he was acting as if he wasn't aware. I was doubting they have not resolved issued because they were taking in low voice so that I couldn't hear and when I reached home it was same issue never visit this center instead go to oberoi mall

Terrible experience. Nothing short of visiting a Sarkari (Govt.) Office. The lady on the counter is least knowledgable and will drag the whole process of even filling up the form. I reached the centre at 6PM and she started talking like a Sarkari Babu, basically pushing me to come the next day because the centre closure time was 6:30 PM. There was zero customer sensitivity or orientation. I called up the centre on Lokhandwala- Andheri and they were very prompt and sorted my whole issue in 30 minutes with amazing speed and warmth. Please don’t visit this centre. This will help you save money and time.

Not a great experience. We first went to resQ to inquire about our damaged iPhone. The service guy was rude and didn't want to entertain us (because we didn't have an appointment) even though there was no one else in the shop.

He said that we will also have to replace our battery (which, upon going to another service centre, we came to know that there's no need)

He was trying to constantly find faults. Even though we were very clear that we only wanted to fix our speaker, he insisted that we would also need to change the battery.

Not a great service. Could have been more hospitable!
