Brilliant project, has great amenities, is tucked away from the hustle bustle of main roads. Is very centrally located. Home sizes are massive in comparison to other developers in the area. Great group of people have bought into this project.

If you want peace, less noise this is the place away from the crowd and congested feeling of Mumbai and poor air quality which it offers. See it to believe in it

Last development for K Raheja Corp in the Raheja Vihar area. The entire complex is away from the extreme hustle bustle and Chandivali traffic problems. On the entire stretch, there is a feel of exclusivity as there is no other society entrance on this road. There is only a municipal office close by. The B wing has lake views from higher floors and the A wing has wider Powai hills and sunset, sunrise views.
Big 2bhk apartments which is rare to find in today's offerings.
