Worst tour service for Umrah...plz don't ever choose for Umrah tour..
No co-ordination in staff....took heavy money but no one is answerable in Saudi...put 5 person in very small rooms

Unfortunately I had to rate this because of the unexpected experience with your tour company that i faced on my recent tour to Umrah.
I was charged the amt of prestige package for specific hotels which is fine, however other travellers those who paid the amount of economy, semi-deluxe, standard were provided same hotel and same rooms in Medinah. Same was complained to Zaid. I haven't received any response on this differenciation of charges.
