My experience with Dr. Renuka has been so amazing. She is such a great listener. I have been taking therapy since 5 weeks now. And I can see nothing but positive changes in my life because of her making me understand the vision of how to look at life. I’m very grateful that I’m in such safe hands.

I would highly recommend her. She is very versatile and can be everything humanly possible (dependable, approachable and friendly, good listener, intuitive,...) that you are looking for in a therapist.

The homeworks she gives is insightful and enhances self-awareness. As an adequate-thinker with good enough data on my personality, I had identified my behavioural pattern which resulted in repeated disappointments but I couldn't identify the "why" and "how to change" it. One of the homework she gave was extremely illuminating that I found out the precise thing I needed to change in myself. The mental exercises she asked me to do during the sessions were so powerful in self-healing and provided me with self-assurance which was an immense boost to my confidence.

Renuka is an excellent psychologist who has helped me introspect and overcome a lot of challenges. She has always been a great source of support.
