Good options but pricey, Ac was not functioning hence it was warm inside. Few items avaliable were avaliable at much lower price online and other gift shops. Staff was helpful and coperative. Place look deserted, with the change of location not many people are aware of this movement.

Horrible customer service, highly unprofessional people. No basic etiquettes of respecting people's emotions for gifts. Customized gifts not ready on time. They charge even for basic wrapping paper even after delivering their products late. Pathetic service. Not recommended at all.

Extremely pathetic service by Mr.Sailesh Gala. Bought a wall clock 3 months back for around 1k+. Had to repair it 3 times and still the owner has the audacity to argue and behave rudely stating that he can't do anything. He is extremely rude, loud & arrogant. NEVER EVER SHOP FROM THIS PLACE !!
