Pizza Hut has been one of my favorites.. But seems its loosing its quality.. Ordered corn pizza and garlic bread.. Both were not up-to mark in terms of taste, appearance etc.. Garlic bread got shrink with worse toppings.. Pizza was not covered properly with the cheese.. Thick boundary was visible..

Me and my 2 friends went Thakur village Pizza Hut . Ordered garlic bread and one pizza with drink.
Order delayed with 45 min . Drink didn’t came so we asked him to get so they took another 20 min.
Quality of vegetables in pizza extremely horrible …mushrooms and capsicum totally freeze dry. No plates to be served. No staff was there near customers. Hardly 3-4 tables occupied then too.

Bill came after another 10 min.

I request to all not to go to this Pizza Hut. Lazy staff , no food quality…..

A follow-up visit at Pizza Hut (hoping management has taken corrective measures by now) So it's Janmashtami and mumbai roads are packed out more than they usually are so reached home late and instead of cooking dinner we decided to go out for dinner... coz why not? And with an 8yr old in our family, pizza is usually a favourite option. We parked up and walked into the Pizza Hut Kandivali Thakur Village restaurant(same one where we previously faced a very bad experience) right from the main gates we could feel the ambience being super dull and one of the customers pacing about for her order to be delivered (assumed it to be a take away order), we found an empty corner table and sat down awaiting the steward to come over and clean up and refresh the table for us (there were used plates and cutlery still on the table from the previous customers) we allowed the staff there time to refresh the table but for about 30 odd mins no one showed up for it. we kept patient and started at the mobile screens like what the families these days do. But our focus was shattered by the woman awaiting her takeaway order who started screaming at the cash counter guy for the delay in her order... And it suddenly struck me and I started observing what's going on around me with a keen eye.
Now it's about 40mins since we walked in, 3 tables in front of me were occupied the middle row had only 1 group of 5 guys, while the last row had 2 tables occupied (say about 60% occupied restaurant) and not to forget the woman with takeaway order. The first table in our row was enjoying their pizzas, the 2nd table seemed to be waiting for the steward to take their order and the table just in front of us was awaiting their food to arrive seemingly for over an hour, the table next to us with the 5 guys had just placed their order and we're cool and chatting to each other, the 2 tables in the 1st row seemed to have had enough of the delay. one of the tables actually got up and walked out while yelling at the cash counter boy. I decided to be the man of the house and walk it to the cash counter boy (the only staff member on the entire floor) who was pre-occupied trying to convince the lady that her takeaway order will be ready soon. I grabbed the guys attention and requested him to have the table cleaned ... The poor guy came over picked up used plates and took them away (still hasn't cleaned the table yet there were condiments and gunk still lying on it) he comes out of the backend and gets back to the cash counter.... By now the lady from the table in front of us walked up to the cash counter and asked how long will the food take and if she can cancel her order.... Also the 5 guys seated next to us are brewing up anger coz of the delay and started calling the cash counter boy. Who came over attended to the guys, turned to us and said "sir we are sorry but we can't serve you today because of some technical issues" & we just walked out and ended up eating at MCDs upstairs.
Conclusion: it's about time Pizza Hut Mgmt realized the situation and closes down this store!!!

Had a terrible experience here yesterday evening... Went in with the wife for a pizza. The front of the house was poorly managed, even the washroom was like a public toilet absolutely filthy.... Tables were not clean nor stocked up with the tissue and condiments (like something that one can expect from pizza hut at least) only 1 person managing the cash counter, taking care of all the tables, including taking orders, cleaning the tables, punching it on the system, delivering the food. The poor guy was totally overworked. The other customers were also complaining!! some even walked out without even ordering ....

I think Pizza Hut as a brand is known for all the right vibes, fun ambiance, great food, overall a great experience as a whole.... However such experiences make one think otherwise .... Hope the management takes note of this and takes corrective steps ... I've had many fun memories at this very restaurant... Was lost of words to have experienced such a shabby service....
