Amazing staff, very co-operative , kind helpful polite, they make you understand all the details about your hair how it should be done and what suits you and the result is amazing. Highly recommended with reasonable price.

I have no clue why this place got 5 stars review. When I came in here the place had all used tissues , cotton lying around like a trash can. I asked for full arm, underarms and full legs waxing, the girl then went upstairs to prepare for my service. The setup was a ruin, there was no cleanliness whatsoever. She did a pathetic job kept breaking hair instead of pulling it out from root. Burned me with hot wax many times. When I showed her the problem, she starts complaining that I have so much of growth but THAT IS YOUR JOB. You are getting paid for a service, either refuse when you can’t handle or do at least a decent job irrespective of what the growth is. She was also complaining about some ingrown hairs when she can’t even pull out the ones that are out on skin. I literally took the spatula from her to show her how to wax. She left patches without pulling and says the hair is not coming out. I can feel what parts of my leg she worked on and the parts she didn’t even touch.
This is not the first time I’m getting waxing done, I know how a professional works and what irked me was she started blaming the client for her sub par work.
If you look for a good service with experienced professional who know what they are doing then this is definitely not the place, I do not recommend this place.
