Perfect place for fitness lost 18 kgs with good combination of workout and weight loss treatment. The management sees to it that everything is going smoothly the batches always start on time trainers are well experienced and always helpful. Hygiene is well maintained. The skimming treatments are very much effective result oriented . Would definitely recommend for those who are genuinely interested in staying fit without side effects and losing weight for long term.

It's very nice place neat and clean and too much enjoyable. All trainers well focused and helps achieving fitness goals and they are so polite and good. I have lost 5 kgs in just 2 months.
All 7 days has different kinds of exercise. Aerobics,power yoga, bollywood dance and staple excercise everything in one place.

I am with Pheonix Calfit for about a year now. It has been an amazing experience with this centre for yoga and aerobics workout. It has had devastating effects on both my body and mind. Improving my physical strength, flexibility and helped relieve my stress. Yes definitely would want to spread the message so many would benefit from this. Thanks to all trainers specially to Amit sir, Dhaval sir.
