Despite the reviews, I gave this store the benefit of the doubt, because the seller Zeenat was impeccable. She listened to my needs, helped me navigate, make decisions on outfits for me and my family. That is why I came again for a second purchase, she was sweet, kept me informed on alteration progress and she was honest on what she/store can/cannot do. The only detail that was left out was their return policy(or lack of common sense) hence the one star. I was billed the full amount and I paid 1/2 the amount of my total purchase in cash until alterations are complete the next day. During the next 24 hours my family had a change of heart and we decided not to take a few things (those that were not altered or touched, in fact left at the store itself). It is common sense to come pick up what I paid for, which is 1/2, and then pay for the rest if I still want it. However I was faced with disgruntled manager who spoke to me like a 5 year old reading out loud the return policy on the bill. Their is no need to be disrespectful to customers in this theatrical way as if you were giving me favors madam. You know this is not common sense, that you can be empathetic in explaining the return policy, you can be kind in understanding your customer situation and you can accept the return on a product that never left your showroom, especially when I was foregoing the difference. Well I am sorry, you lost me as a customer, will never set foot in this store chain again.

Wanted to share my recent experience with Pernia’s Pop Up Men’s Bandra location. My request was a bit out of the box. The bandghala which I was looking for at the store for my nephew was unavailable in the store but available online. But there was two major issues. One, my nephew lives across 7 seas and 2 he is a 6ft 2inches strapping teenager. The dilemma was that there was no way the average bandghala would have fit him. I was totally lost what to do. Enter in Harshita!
She came in and helped from start to finish. Coordinating with my brother and nephew over multiple WhatsApp calls and videos. Taking measurements over the phone and making sure everything was going smoothly, she kept in constant touch with all of us. Within 20 days the bandghala was at my door step in Pune.
Fabulous and top notch customer service. Kudos to Pernia and a special thank you to Harshita for being on top of her game and making this impossible task possible. Well done and keep up the excellent work.

I bought my wedding sherwani from Pernia. Suneil from Pernia helped me with the purchase. It was an extremely smooth experience - I ordered my sherwani few months before the wedding and went out of town, Suneil ji handled the sherwani with care and kept it in the store until I returned to give the measurements for the final alteration. He carefully couriered the sherwani to my hometown as well. Thanks to Pernia and Suneil ji for making the process extremely smooth.
